St. John Vianney Catholic Church Interfaith Food Pantry
The St. John Vianney Catholic Church Interfaith Food Pantry in Prince Fredrick, Maryland aims to enhance the dignity of individuals and families by providing a personal food shopping experience – free of charge. Every Wednesday afternoon, nearly 135 families have access to a varied and nutritious selection of food, all thanks to the help of dedicated volunteers and donations from parishioners and local businesses.
Mulumba House
Mulumba House is a permanent supportive housing program in the central Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The program offers services for men including substance abuse recovery, relapse prevention, financial counseling, employment counseling, interview referral and resume writing.
St. Maria’s Meals Program
The Saint Maria’s Meals Program was created to meet the needs of individuals and families by providing a warm and nutritious meal. Volunteers can be found not only serving meals to those in need, but sharing stories, smiles and words of encouragement with participants.
