Office of the Permanent Diaconate

The Office of the Permanent Diaconate fosters vocations to the permanent diaconate and coordinates the formation of candidates for ordination. It also seeks to minister to the needs of deacons and their families and provide them with opportunities for continued academic, spiritual, pastoral and human formation. In addition, the Office supports the archbishop in the placement and support of deacons in parishes and other assignments.
