The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the administration of benefits, employment policies, compliance and Catholic Identity for the lay employees of The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington. HR serves as a resource for information and support to all lay employees as they fulfill the shared work of building up the local church in the Archdiocese.
