Mass to Commemorate the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees

All are invited to Join us in solidarity and prayer for migrants and refugees, listening to and honoring their stories and experiences.

The theme for the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees (WDMR), chosen by His Holiness Pope Leo XIV, is “Even Just One of These Children.” Through this theme, the Holy Father draws attention to the particular challenges faced by children affected by migration and displacement, whose safety, dignity, and fundamental rights are often at risk.

Rooted in the Gospel and Catholic social teaching, the Church calls all people of faith to welcome, accompany, protect, and promote migrants and refugees, especially the most vulnerable. Join us as we pray, reflect, and reaffirm our commitment to fostering communities of compassion, justice, and hope.

Misa conmemorativa de la 112.ª Jornada Mundial del Migrante y del Refugiado

“El que acoge a uno de estos niños en mi nombre, me acoge a mí” (Mt 18, 5).

Invitamos a todos a unirse en oración y solidaridad con los migrantes y refugiados, para escuchar y honrar sus historias y experiencias.

El tema de la 112.ª Jornada Mundial del Migrante y del Refugiado (JMMR), elegido por Su Santidad el Papa León XIV, es “Incluso uno solo de estos niños”. A través de este tema, el Santo Padre llama la atención sobre los desafíos particulares que enfrentan los niños afectados por la migración y el desplazamiento, cuya seguridad, dignidad y derechos fundamentales se encuentran con frecuencia en situación de riesgo.

Inspirada en el Evangelio y en la doctrina social de la Iglesia, la comunidad católica está llamada a acoger, acompañar, proteger y promover a los migrantes y refugiados, especialmente a los más vulnerables. Los invitamos a unirse a nosotros en oración y reflexión, reafirmando nuestro compromiso de construir comunidades de compasión, justicia y esperanza.
