East of the River Fall Revival, Largest Revival Held in Archdiocese, Oct. 3-7

The 16th Annual East of the River Fall Revival will be held October 3-5, 2005 in five Catholic parishes in Southeast Washington, DC. Father Ray Moore, pastor of St. Joseph’s in Largo, MD, will preach on the theme, “That Amazing Grace.”

Praise and worship will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the main service at 7:30 p.m.:

Music will be provided by the East of the River Revival Choir, a combined choir from the nine parishes under the direction of Mr. Jeff Corry of St. Teresa of Avila.

All events are free and open to people of all ages.

The East of the River Revival, an evangelization outreach of the nine Southeast Deanery parishes, is the largest and longest continually recurring revival in the Archdiocese of Washington.
