Support groups are forming for women who are grieving the loss of a child by abortion.
• Are you having unresolved feelings about your abortion or use of the abortion pill?
• Do you feel you are not forgiven? Do the feelings of guilt, shame, regret, sadness, and anxiety return?
• In all these emotions, do you feel alone? We invite you to participate in a weekly support group with others in a safe and confidential environment.
In Montgomery County – Support groups are on Mondays 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM starting Monday, September 11.
In Southern Maryland – Support groups on Saturdays 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM starting Saturday, September 16.
Location and contacts are confidential due to the personal nature of this experience. Exact meeting location will be disclosed upon your registration. Support groups run for 12 weeks and are open for new members to join until September 30, 2023.
