Cup of Joe is a breakfast-packaging program that serves men and women in Catholic Charities’ shelters. More than 1,000 people stay in the shelters every night, and the program helps to provide a breakfast to those who leave the shelter each morning.

Volunteer and Join the SHARE Food Network

SHARE offers affordable, nutritious groceries that are sold through volunteer-run locations throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Volunteer on Saturday morning to bag dry food items such as potatoes, rice, and onions in preparation for the monthly food distribution, or on a Friday or Saturday to assist with the distribution of food. Volunteers assist senior citizens, load vehicles with food packages, make sure people get the correct amount of food items, and greed people who come to SHARE to pick up their good packages.
